INDETERMINATE FORM seeks to examine the Asian American experience through art, dialogue, and community. We invite artists to present their work to the community at a one-day art exhibit located on the UC Berkeley campus on Friday December 2, 2022 from 3-6pm, sponsored by the office of Asian Pacific American Student Development (APASD).
INDETERMINATE FORM welcomes visual art submissions of all forms from local artists, especially student and non-professional artists. We are particularly interested in work which explores new experiences and perspectives, or advances our understanding of ourselves.
ELIGIBILITY
All local artists are eligible. Artists must be available to present at the event in person.

Best in show: $50 People’s choice: $50
SELECTION PROCESS
Submissions will be lightly reviewed by a panel of non-artist graduate students.
IMPORTANT DATES

Acceptance Notification: November 15, 2022
Exhibit: December 2, 2022 3-6pm PST
ARTWORK SALES
The sale of artwork is welcome but not required. Transactions will be handled directly between the artist and buyer, and no commission will be collected.
LOCATION AND AUDIENCE
INDETERMINATE FORM will take place at Sutardja Dai Hall on the UC Berkeley campus. Artists will be responsible for setting up their own artwork. The event will be primarily attended by current students but is also open to the general public.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Please submit 1-10 pieces and an artist statement to our online submission form. Artists may also include an optional text description of the submission. Artists are limited to one submission. There is no fee for submission.
